BSNL FFE /FNF
This article is not about any tricks or something which is related to android applications or any apps.We will see some of the offers that BSNL SIM provides to the users and how to add friends or family members to the BSNL Friends and Family pack.Here we can add only 5 members to this offer.And now the roaming is also no more in BSNL this offer takes more advantage than the others and it helps talk with others like friends and apprentices.After the roaming is removed again this process should be done in some states like Andhrapradesh and kerala where they have to add their five favorite lists of people again.
FFE/FNF:
Registration can be done even now by sending SMS to the BSNL office and the message should be sent in a particular format like
FFE MOBILENUMBER/LANDLINE TO 123
Eg:FFE Ph.number to 123
If you're using mobile then send the message accordingly in the format which is displayed above and keep in mind that give some space between FFE and phone number so that the message will be delivered to the BSNL office excatly.
Eg:FFE Landline number to 123
If you're using landline then send the message accordingly in the format which is displayed above and maintain some space again and send it to 123.If you want to enter one more number follow the same process and proceed forward and you can only add 5 members to it.
When customer wants to change from one mobile number to another mobile number and still wants to be in the same offer then the user must send a message in the following format
FFM OLDNUMBER/OLD LANDLINENUMBER NEWNUMBER/NEWLANDLINE TO 123
Note:Keep space between FFM and old number and again space between where you enter your new mobile number or landline number and send the message to 123
Eg:FFM 9440XXXX 9595XXXX TO 123(you can change or replace with new mobile number)
FFM 08515XXXXX 08515XXXXX TO 123(you can change or replace with new number)
Add you favourite person in this list by sending the message to BSNL in this format
FFL LANDLINE NUMBER TO 123
User can also register Friends and family with USSD care
- Dial *124#
- Tap on 4 for FNF
- Tap on 2 to Add
- Enter the number the one which you wanted
- Eg:9595XXXXXX# (# this is mandatory)
- And then hit OK
Viewing of friends list can also be done
Final words:
By adding your favorite friends and family members in this list you can be in touch for longer time and it costs very much low.For example if the user makes a call with his friend the one which he is added in the list and talks for an hour or 2 it costs only an amount of Rs 12/- .This is the major advantage that BSNL provides and by introducing this offer many customers got benefited.User can add 5 members and they can also change them if they are not needed.
